I was given appointment for 2:30 pm when I showed up the person standing gave a lot of attitude about when did I schedule the appointment and stuff. And how there is only one person working and they have 4 tires to change. Why do you people give appointments to someone if you cannot come through. I drove 30 minutes to reach there. Literally just screwed my whole day schedule. I don’t care how busy you are and how low you are on staff, just don’t give appointments how hard it is. I am done with Pepboys. Won’t visit even if that’s the last shop on earth

Pep boys was able to get my car in quickly which was good. I dropped off my vehicle promptly, and ended up waiting 7 hours for a state inspection and wheel alignment. I responded immediately to their text about the location of my wheel lock key, however nobody read the message. The completion of my state inspection was delayed hours simply because nobody checked for my response in 3.5 hours. I was even sitting in the lobby for a large part of the day. They did comp my wheel alignment which I really appreciated. I will have to think about returning to this location for further inspections.

It can take them a while to get to your car but once they finally get to it the work is done pretty quick and their prices are fair and reasonable. If you are able I would recommend dropping your car off early in the morning and coming to pick it up later or even the next day.

The workers at Pep boys were extremely helpful and informative with helping me get my tire replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, I was informed of the process of all work being done, given multiple options as far as courses of action, and it felt that I was given genuine, sincere recommendations. Very good experience!

This was our first time ever using Pep Boys for our state inspection and we are SUPER satisfied with the level of service, quality of the work and the honesty of their employees. John is an absolute legend, so good at explaining things and making excellent recommendations, his tech, Eric is simply a natural, they clearly know a lot about various different types of cars and issues. Besides the inspection and getting new tires, we were informed on the many issues the car might have down the road; it is very old. We've had this car looked at and inspected at so many different places over 8 years, even NYS (it was originally registered in NYC) not a single person ever gave us advice or recommendations or a head's up on potential issues detected. Well, Pepboys did and it wasn't for a money grab, it was just to prepare us for any future issues we are likely to encounter. They gave us a detailed breakdown via text and a lengthy printout with pictures of things that are wearing down, might need replacement or a rebuild which is a bummer but also, it now gives us time to start saving for a new vehicle. They were so reasonable here and went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciat
